By creating an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, redeeming any bonus or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PPK33. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
PPK33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your operator or applicable license jurisdiction, to open an Account or use any service on the Platform. PPK33 strictly enforces this requirement. Any User found to be below the required minimum age will have their Account suspended immediately, all funds returned where possible and a report made to relevant authorities where legally required.
It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. PPK33 does not accept registrations from users in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. By registering, you warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful under applicable local law.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and any pending withdrawals forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must notify PPK33 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. PPK33 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to reselling access, arbitraging odds on behalf of third parties or operating any automated betting system without prior written consent from PPK33.

You warrant that all information you provide to PPK33 — during registration, KYC, support interactions or any other context — is accurate, complete and not misleading. Misrepresenting your identity, age, location or payment method ownership is a material breach of these Terms.
Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the live cashier and are subject to change at any time. Methods available may vary by User location, account verification status and operator policy. The Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its primary reference currency. All bonus amounts and financial figures on the Platform are in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are determined by the payment provider and are beyond PPK33's control.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment network. Confirmation times vary by method and network conditions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. PPK33 does not promise specific withdrawal speeds. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional compliance or AML checks which can extend processing windows.
PPK33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, Terms breach or regulatory non-compliance is suspected, without prior notice to the User.
All bonus amounts displayed on PPK33 — including welcome offers, reload bonuses, sports promotions and crypto incentives — are illustrative examples unless explicitly confirmed as current live promotions. Figures such as "PKR 25,000 Welcome Offer" or "PKR 10,000 Sports Starter" represent indicative promotional structures and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific bonus value.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, game contribution percentages, minimum odds conditions, time limits and any other applicable restrictions are published in the individual promotion's full terms and conditions. Users must read and understand these terms before opting in to any promotion.
PPK33 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting arbitrage opportunities, using prohibited betting patterns to satisfy rollover requirements with minimal risk, and collusion with other users. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonuses voided and winnings confiscated, and the Account may be suspended or closed.
PPK33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already actively in use subject to the relevant terms at the time of activation.
PPK33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a method of generating income, resolving financial difficulties or escaping personal problems.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, scrape or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from PPK33.
Any unauthorised use of PPK33's Intellectual Property may result in legal action. The PPK33 name, logo and all associated marks are proprietary. References to third-party names — including sports bodies such as PCB, PSL and ICC, and payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are for contextual identification only and do not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. PPK33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PPK33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, business opportunity or gaming winnings.
PPK33 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, cyberattacks or payment processor failures.
You accept full responsibility for all activity on your Account and for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with applicable local law. PPK33's liability in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
PPK33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where it reasonably suspects or has evidence of:
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting PPK33 support. Closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal processes and resolution of any outstanding balance disputes. Active self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed prior to their expiry.
Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Dispute Resolution and this clause survive termination.
Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online or remote gambling under Pakistani law may depend on the specific type of activity, the platform's licensing jurisdiction and other factors. These Terms do not constitute legal advice, and PPK33 expressly disclaims any obligation to advise Users on the legality of their participation.
PPK33 is not licensed, regulated, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. Where international licensing applies to the operator, details will be disclosed by the operator in their platform terms and conditions — PPK33 does not fabricate license numbers or regulatory affiliations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PPK33 is incorporated or licensed. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a specific dispute resolution mechanism is agreed in writing.
PPK33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. All changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, PPK33 may — but is not obligated to — notify registered Users via email or in-Platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
